Stay Guidelines
Welcome to Aristos Villa. To ensure a seamless, safe, and premium experience for you and our neighbors, we kindly request you to adhere to the following policies during your stay.
Check-in, Check-out & Occupancy
Check-in Time
From 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out Time
Strictly by 11:00 AM.
Identification
Valid Government-issued ID is mandatory for all adult guests.
Occupancy
Only confirmed guests are allowed. Outside visitors require prior approval and may incur extra charges.
Flexibility
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Security Deposit & Liability
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of ₹5,000 is required upon check-in.
Refund Policy
Reimbursed within 3-5 working days following a post-check-out inspection.
Deductions
Damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be deducted at actual value.
Right to Terminate
Management may terminate stay without refund for serious misconduct or illegal activity.
Smoking, Alcohol & Drugs
Smoking & Hookah
Strictly prohibited indoors. Restricted to designated outdoor areas. ₹5,000 fine per violation.
Alcohol
Permitted in moderation. Guests are liable for any stains or damages caused.
Prohibited Substances
Possession or consumption of narcotics and weapons is strictly prohibited.
Noise & Conduct
Noise Curfew
Loud music is strictly prohibited after 11:00 PM per local regulations.
Neighbor Respect
Please respect the peace and privacy of our neighbors.
Events & Decor
Parties, shoots, or decorations are not allowed without prior written approval.
Pool & Jacuzzi
Risk
Use of pool and Jacuzzi is at the guests' own risk.
Prohibitions
No diving. No glassware, food, or alcohol allowed in the pool area.
Supervision
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Contamination
Water contamination may result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
General Policies
Pets
Strictly prohibited at the villa.
Kitchen & Meals
Restricted to reheating food only. Additional meals can be arranged upon prior request; one meal may be included depending on your booking.
Security
Common outdoor areas are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Power Backup
24/7 solar backup is available for essential services.
